Career path
We promote from within. Most of our senior techs and installers started as apprentices. Paid certification (NATE, EPA, factory training) is standard.
Real schedules
Most positions are 7-4 with rotating on-call. We don't run our techs into the ground with mandatory 10-hour shifts. Burnout costs us more than overtime.
