See real numbers before we ever step on your property
Most HVAC companies hide pricing because they sell on pressure. We don't. Our full three-tier pricing across every service we offer (repair, install, replacement, IAQ, and more) is available with the same ranges we'd put in writing.
Tell us how to reach you and we'll send the full guide:
- Real Houston-area ranges across Choice / Priority / Premier tiers
- Anchored to 2026 Trane national pricing data
- No drip-marketing nightmare. We'll text you once with your in-home estimate window, that's it.
How we price
Three tiers, every time
Choice (single-stage, lowest cost), Priority (multi-stage, most popular), and Premier (variable-speed, top efficiency). Same structure across AC, furnace, and heat pump. You see all three, you pick what fits your home and budget.
Why we publish ranges
Final price depends on your home: tonnage, ductwork condition, electrical, attic access, gas line for furnaces. We can't give you a final number from a website. But you should never walk into an estimate not knowing what's reasonable.
What's included
Equipment, install labor, permits, and standard line-set / drain. Add-ons (new ductwork, electrical service upgrade, major attic work) are quoted separately and itemized on the same written quote, never hidden.
Members save more
Comfort Club members get diagnostic fees waived, 15% off all repairs, two annual tune-ups, and priority scheduling. The membership pays for itself on a single repair visit. See member benefits →
What's included in your install
Every Clear the Air installation includes the labor and accessories below, no surprise line items, no nickel-and-diming after the truck arrives.
Included in every install
- Remove and dispose of your old system, responsibly recycled where possible.
- Flush the existing refrigerant line set or install a new one (AC and heat pump installs).
- Reconnect the gas line and pressure-test for leaks (furnace installs).
- Reconnect to your existing ductwork with new sealed transitions.
- Pull permits and schedule final inspection with the city or county, we handle the paperwork.
- Commission and test the full system: airflow, refrigerant charge, combustion analysis on gas equipment.
- Walk you through the new thermostat and system before we leave. We don't just hand you a manual.
- Clean up drop cloths, old materials, packaging, your house looks better than when we arrived.
Quoted separately if needed
These items aren't always required. When they are, you'll see them on the same written quote, itemized, never bundled in or surprised on you later.
- New or replacement ductwork. If existing ducts are leaking, undersized, or crushed, we'll quote repair vs. full replacement.
- Electrical service upgrade. Older panels sometimes need a heavier breaker or new whip to support a high-efficiency unit.
- Major attic or crawlspace work. Building a new platform, pulling permits for structural changes, or re-routing.
- Smart thermostat or zoning. Optional upgrades, we quote the equipment and pro install on the same line.
- Indoor air quality add-ons. UV, MERV-13 cabinet, dehumidifier, or ERV. All optional, all itemized.
- Sales tax and financing fees (when applicable), disclosed up front, never hidden in the totals.

Ready for an exact quote?
Pricing on a website is a guide. The real number comes from a 30-minute in-home estimate where we see your system, ducts, and electrical. That visit is free, written, and there's no pressure to decide on the spot.
