What we guarantee
Eight commitments that apply to every job we run. Repairs, installs, tune-ups, all of it. If we don't hold up our end, you call us and we make it right.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not happy with the work we did, we'll come back and make it right at no charge.
- Applies to every repair, install, and tune-up we do
- If we can't make it right, we refund the labor portion in full
- Good for 30 days after the work is completed
30-Day No-Callback Guarantee
If the same issue we just fixed comes back within 30 days, we come back and re-fix it. No diagnostic fee, no labor charge.
- Applies to any repair on AC, heating, or air handler equipment
- Includes return service call, diagnostic, and labor
- Comfort Club members get this extended to 1 full year
Lifetime Workmanship on Installs
If anything on a system we installed fails because of how we installed it, we fix it free for as long as you own the equipment.
- Covers our workmanship: ductwork connections, refrigerant lines, brazing, electrical
- Separate from the manufacturer parts and compressor warranties
- Transferable if you sell the home (one transfer)
Upfront Flat-Rate Pricing
You see the full price before we start the work. If the price needs to change mid-job because we found something else, you approve it in writing first or we stop.
- No hourly billing surprises, no "while we're in there" charges
- Written estimate signed by you before a single tool comes out
- If we underestimate the job, that's on us, not you
On-Time Service Promise
If we're more than 30 minutes late to a scheduled appointment without calling first, your service call fee is on us.

Right-Sized System Guarantee
If we install a system and it can't hold the temperature you set on a 100° Houston day or a 25° freeze, we'll resize and replace it on our dime.
- Manual J load calculation on every install, not a rule of thumb
- Equipment matched to your home's actual square footage and ductwork
- Applies for the first 12 months after install
No High-Pressure Sales
Our techs are paid hourly plus a customer-satisfaction bonus. They don't make a dime more by selling you parts or a new system. If you ever feel pressured, call our owner directly.

Property Protection Promise
